Sharon has over 25 years of professional experience in corporate advisory, with a focus on our Transaction Advisory and Corporate Secretarial practices. Over the course of her career, she had served a wide range of clients from start-ups, foreign group-companies, to SGX-listed companies and REITs. She provided corporate advice and support to clients on M&A transactions, corporate governance matters and compliance with the SGX Listing Rules and the Singapore Companies Act.

 

Sharon is a cornerstone of our Transactions Advisory practice, bringing deep expertise to regional M&A execution, cross-border due diligence, and seamless post-acquisition corporate administration. She thrives on highly complex engagements, particularly those involving Singapore companies with protracted periods of regulatory non-compliance, often stemming from lapsed filings, dormant subsidiaries, or historical governance oversights. Her team systematically reconstructs decades of corporate records, liaising directly with regulators to rectify discrepancies. Her rigorous approach restores full legal compliance and unlocks hidden value, rebuilds stakeholder confidence, and provides a robust governance foundation that positions clients favourably for future investment and strategic growth.

​​Sharon had garnered her experience from working in major regional and international corporate service providers. Prior to CitadelCorp, she was responsible for the commercial aspects of the Singapore corporate secretarial and share registry practices in a regional corporate services firm. She served as the key executive in customising the scope of service to clients, structuring the commercial terms of engagement, account management of IPO/capital markets engagements in the both the Corporate Secretarial and Share Registry practices.
