Raymond is the Managing Director of RL Law LLC. Prior to setting up his firm, he spent more than 22 years in Drew & Napier and last held the role of Chief Operating Officer, Drew Network Asia, Drew’s regional legal network and Head of Business Development. Between 2015 and 2021, he was the Chief Executive Officer of DrewCorp Services Pte Ltd. He was also a Director in the Corporate Restructuring & Workouts Practice Group in Drew & Napier. 

 

Raymond was appointed the Chairman of the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore in 2022 and 2023 and continued to serve thereafter as a member of its Management Council.  He is also the industry co-chair of ACRA’s CSP Advisory Panel that drives the development of CSPs locally and internationally.

 

He is a senior accredited director with the Singapore Institute of Directors and is an independent director of several SGX-listed companies.

 

Raymond is a Notary Public and a Commissioner For Oaths.
