Keith started his career in 2003 with PwC in Singapore and spent three years in PwC's network firm in Australia, where he qualified as a chartered accountant.

Throughout his career, Keith has undertaken several litigation support and corporate insolvency engagements, both voluntary and compulsory (including acting as court-appointed liquidator for companies formerly listed on the Singapore Exchange), involving multimillion-dollar claims. In addition, Keith has significant advisory experience in the interpretation and application of International and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, specialising in issues relating to corporate restructuring and business acquisitions.

Keith graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Melbourne in Australia. He is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.  Keith is a public accountant registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (“ACRA”) and an insolvency practitioner licensed by the Ministry of Law.
