Gwen is a trusted veteran in corporate governance and compliance, with over 20 years of experience in corporate secretarial practice, regulatory advisory, and executive management.  As one of the Executive Directors at CitadelCorp, she oversees strategic initiatives, leads professional teams, and advises clients across a broad range of industries on complex governance and compliance matters.

​A Chartered Secretary by training, she has deep expertise in advising SGX-listed companies, MAS-regulated financial institutions, US REITs, and not-for-profit organisations on corporate actions, board governance, and regulatory compliance. She also supports clients on cross-border governance involving dual listings and overseas regulatory obligations.

​Gwen began her career as a paralegal in leading Singapore law firms and has since held senior positions in regional and international corporate service providers, including a Singapore government-linked company. Her diverse experience underpins her pragmatic and solutions-driven approach to advisory.
